Hi! My name’s Eric. I’m so excited to be a Lucens mentor - I wish a platform like this existed when I was starting my career.
As a mentor, I’m very focused on helping people overcome the fear and nerves of breaking out into private practice. These are things I experienced when I did for myself, and I strongly believe that more doctors can take the leap.
I’ve managed a team of 20 medical professionals for over a decade, and have learned a few things about how to help set people up for success. I’d love to help you do the same. I offer 15 min intro sessions - just book one here to get started.
Dr. Eric Mann graduated magna cum laude from Duke University, where he was on the Dean’s list with honors and distinction all four years.
He received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Yale University at Greenwich, Connecticut. Dr. Mann completed his Ophthalmology residency at New York Medical College where he was taught the most state-of-the-art surgical and medical treatments of the eye.
He joined Eye Associates of North Jersey in July of 2005, where he currently owns the practice.
