Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different to other courses I can take?

Rotations stand out from other courses by providing real-world knowledge from seasoned physicians. Our learning experience seamlessly blends live interaction with guides, mentors, and peers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

The main sessions combine knowledge sharing, peer interaction, workbooks, tools, and prompts to support you at every stage of your career journey.

We aim to offer a flexible, seamless experience, leveraging advanced tech platforms to minimize friction along the way.

How long will I have access to the Rotation materials?

You will have access to the course materials for three months after completing the Rotation.

How much time should I expect to commit to the course each week?

Our Rotations are designed to fit into your busy schedule. As physicians, we understand the demands of your profession and the challenge of finding time for additional learning.

Attending all available sessions, including community sessions, Guide-led sessions, and group mentoring sessions, totals up to 6.5 hours of live interaction. Engaging in the AMAs and working through the workbooks can add another 2-5 hours.

We prioritize flexibility, allowing you to engage with the content and choose group coaching sessions that suit your schedule.

Each Rotation spans a 10-day period.

What are the participation requirements, like Live Sessions and homework?

There are no strict participation requirements. We offer workbooks, exercises and encourage community interaction, which are optional but highly recommended to enhance your learning experience. Guide-led sessions and live interactions are designed to help you learn from our guides, mentors, and peers.

We strongly suggest making the most of live sessions.

What tools and platforms will I need?

We use a few online platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Communication will primarily be through email and text.
  • Live sessions will take place on Zoom
  • Group mentoring sessions, AMAs, community spaces, and course materials will be available on Circle.

All our materials are accessible on laptop, tablet and mobile.

Will I receive a certificate when I complete the course?

Yes, every participant who completes a Rotation receives a certificate of completion. Completing a Rotation means attending live and group sessions, reviewing toolkits, and completing pre-session work. Participation in these activities is encouraged but ultimately up to you.

You can print out the certificate or add it to your LinkedIn profile. Feel free to tag @wearelucens on LinkedIn or @wearelucens on X when you share it.

Can I claim CME credits?

Not at this moment, but we are actively working on it. We aim to offer CME credits in the near future.

Do you offer scholarships?

While we don’t officially offer scholarships at the moment, we encourage you to reach out to us to discuss your situation. We are always open to exploring options.
